DÚO16 is a project of individual houses and apartments located in the sector with the highest added value in Guatemala, close to Cayalá zone 16. With 13 models of houses and apartments as well as spaces of 175 m2-200 m2, the innovative houses and apartments turned DÚO16 in an avant-garde project.
