MIRADOR 12 is an affordable and central housing apartment building

• The project is located in zone 12 of Guatemala City, two blocks from Avenida Petapa, it has access to the most important areas of the country and a bus stop a few meters from the project.

• It will consist of a 9-story building, 60 apartments with two or three bedrooms, for families of up to 6 inhabitants and with amenities such as reception, commercial premises, laundry area, social room and terrace.

• The condominium will have entry and exit control, both vehicular and pedestrian, thus employing the use of technology through electronic entry with a vehicle tag.
